An Overview of Skills
In this segment:
This segment explains the difference between hard and soft skills and emphasizes the need to be able to self-identify one’s transferable skills as they relate to a particular occupation.
An overview of how to select the most relevant hard and soft skills to use on a Functional resume is provided; additionally, the necessity of proving one’s marketable skills (i.e. listed as functional skill headings/categories on their resume) is emphasized by addressing how to communicate using accomplishment-oriented statements.
