A. English Composition
B. English Composition (second course) or Communication

A total of 2 courses, each from a different discipline. No more than one of these courses can be a foreign language course.
One course from Quantitative Reasoning, College Algebra or Statistics. See Majors/ Areas of Study for specific requirements.
E. Natural Sciences
A total of 2 courses, each from a different discipline, one must be a lab course. See Majors/ Areas of Study for specific requirements.
F. Social Science
A total of 2 courses, each from a different discipline.

II. Courses within Major:
15-22 Credits (Some major courses also fulfill General Education requirements. In such cases, the credits will only be counted once.)
III. Electives: As needed to reach the 60 credit minimum.
Total: Minimum 60 Credits
This degree is designed for students who intend to transfer to a four-year college or university to pursue a baccalaureate degree (BA/BS). Students completing this curriculum will also satisfy the Michigan Transfer Agreement between two-year and four-year institutions in Michigan. General education and subject area requirements vary from one college or university to another. Prior to beginning any curriculum, students should contact an academic advisor to create a My Academic Pathway (MAP) in Degree Works.
