What is a computer sales specialist?
Computer sales specialists sell products and services to customers using detailed knowledge of the specific characteristics of their merchandise. In either retail or business-to-business computer sales positions, extensive product knowledge must also be coupled with excellent human relations skills and a desire to meet long-term customer needs. This occupation is growing faster than average for all occupations and promises continued strong growth over the next 15 years.
