Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Program

agent, investigate destinations first-hand, and then plan trips to

Community College. LCC offers these associate degrees in:
- Culinary Arts Specialist: Learn the art and science of preparing
traditional and contemporary cuisine; with an emphasis on production
and management.
- Food Management Specialist: Learn how to manage food production,
cost control, labor productivity and laws and regulations relating
to the food service industry.
- Hotel/Motel Manager: learn to direct, manage and coordinate the
activities of a hotel or motel as a front desk clerk, housekeeper or
manager;
- Travel Counselor: become a travel counselor, tour manager, meeting or
events manager, or work with the airlines, tour wholesalers, or the cruise industry.
In addition, LCC offers many personal interest courses in food
preparation, nutrition and bartending
