Information Technologies Division received ISO
9001:2000 certification on September 18, 2006.
Business, Media, and Information Technologies
Division developed and implemented a Quality
Management System in order to document the
Division’s best business practices, better satisfy
the requirements and expectations of its customers
and improve the overall management of the Division.
Quality Policy
Business, Media, and Information Technologies
Division is committed to fulfilling the requirements
of our Quality Management System so that we will
provide quality service with a friendly attitude to
improve and enhance the college community. We will
consistently provide products and services that meet
or exceed the requirements and expectations of our
customers. We do this by seeking out customer
feedback and by applying continual improvement
principles to our processes. We will actively pursue
improving quality through employee learning that
enables each employee to do their job right the
first time and every time.
Review of Quality Policy
All of the requirements of the quality management
system are audited on an annual basis. The Business,
Media, and Information Technologies Division
management is responsible for reviewing internal and
external audit results as part of its management
review process.
