Why the BCI?

Full Service

From your initial needs assessment to measuring the impact of training on your organizational performance goals, we are there providing full support to your team. “Community” is our middle name and we are committed to economic growth and improving the quality of the area’s workforce.

Accessibility/Flexibility

BCI courses, programs, and seminars offer credit, non-credit, or continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities to meet the professional development and educational needs of employees.

Programs, provided on-site, on-campus, and via the Internet, can be customized to utilize your organization’s internal strategic plans, business process, forms, and reports.

Price

The BCI price per-person cost is comparable with most independent consultants offering similar products, and less than half the price of most private companies that market “event” seminars, such as Fred Pryor, Padgett-Thompson, AMA, etc.

Modularized Programs

Modules, developed as 2-4 hour blocks of instruction, include outcome-based learning objectives and activities that allow employees to get just-in-time training to acquire needed job skills and obtain important industrial certifications. Modules can be packaged to create comprehensive programs.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

If you are not satisfied that the stated learning and/or performance objectives have been met by participants in a program, the BCI will make accommodations for those participants to repeat the training as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
