As a leader in education and training for
over 40 years, the Business & Community Institute is the employer’s
gateway to a full spectrum of Lansing Community College services,
including credit and non-credit customized programs. Services are
delivered at the company site, at LCC, or online by a network of LCC
faculty and highly qualified consultant and training specialists.
BCI account executives meet with clients in business and industry,
government, education, health care, and non-profit organizations to
define key business goals and determine needs for training,
consulting, and other services. Implemented solutions in over 350
organizations throughout mid-Michigan are making measurable
differences in performance, setting a tone for continuous
improvement, and helping companies maintain a competitive edge.
The BCI became ISO 9001-2000 Certified in 2003 through the Chamber
Certification Assessment Services Limited of Litchfield, England.
The registration signifies that BCI has met international standards
for consistency of quality throughout the organization, and has a
system in place for continuously improving customer satisfaction in
quality products and services.
