Training Authorization (State of Michigan staff)
Employees in all State Departments must complete a DIT 45 Training Authorization Request form and receive all approvals before your registration will be confirmed. Cancelling enrollment
State of Michigan employees, please note:
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact your supervisor. Also, contact the BCI at (517) 483-1857. If you are an MDIT employee, contact your supervisor and MDIT Human Capital Management immediately at MDIT-HCM@michigan.gov or (517) 373-1006. Participants may cancel at no charge no later than five (5) business days prior to the class start date if the class does not fall below the 12-participant minimum. For late cancellations, the State will be liable for per student instructional materials cost.
