Course 4: ASTD's Selecting HPI Solutions
Providing a Human Performance Solution that has the greatest probability for improvement in the most cost-efficient manner is the primary job of an HPI specialist. In some cases, training may not be the answer. This course teaches you how to select HPI Solutions that provide the greatest performance impact and use the fewest resources.

- recommend the right solutions to close the identified performance gaps
- communicate the costs, benefits, and potential value of the solutions
- manage implementation of the solution so that client needs (e.g., cost effectiveness and efficiency) are met
- troubleshoot the implementation process and make adjustments when necessary
