Course 2: ASTD's Analyzing Human Performance
In this second workshop, you will use the new Performance DNA analysis model to get at the real performance gaps. You will learn how to make an immediate and positive impact on meeting organizational goals and provide solutions tailored to meet the needs of your internal and external customers.

- Use the new Performance DNA analysis tool to properly diagnose performance gaps and their causes
- Reconcile a stakeholder's request for intervention with real business goals
