Implementation Team
Charge: The Implementation Team oversees the implementation of all the Banner systems. The Implementation Team, which meets biweekly, is responsible for the following:
- Ensuring integration between the various Banner systems, as well as between Banner and the College’s third-party systems
- Identifying issues and policies that need to be addressed and recommending solutions
- Advising and prioritizing personnel resources that may be needed during the various phases of implementation
- Recommending priorities for allocation of resources
- Expediting decision making
