Implementation Team

Charge: The Implementation Team oversees the implementation of all the Banner systems. The Implementation Team, which meets biweekly, is responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring integration between the various Banner systems, as well as between Banner and the College’s third-party systems
  • Identifying issues and policies that need to be addressed and recommending solutions
  • Advising and prioritizing personnel resources that may be needed during the various phases of implementation
  • Recommending priorities for allocation of resources
  • Expediting decision making
