Course Drop/Withdrawal Information

• Students have until a certain date each semester to drop a course with no grade shown on a student's record.  Once this date has passed students will need to obtain approval from their instructors to receive a course Withdrawal or W.  A withdrawal will permanently show on a student's transcript.  However, no grade will be recorded.

•  eArmyU students must submit all drop requests through the eArmyU portal.  Instructions on how students should drop a course can be found on the  eArmyU website.
