Transfer Students

1. Apply for admission and financial aid.

2. Have your previous institution send transcripts to Lansing Community College.

3. Bring a copy of your transcripts (unofficial is sufficient) to see advisor or counselor to assess for basic skill waivers.

4. You may need to take assessment tests.

5. Choose a curriculum or a career.

6. Undecided students can explore career counseling or schedule a counseling session.

7. See advisor or counselor for appropriate course selection to meet your goal.

8. Register for classes.
