with a friendly attitude to improve and enhance the college
community. We will consistently provide products and services that
meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers.
We do this by seeking out customer feedback and by applying
continual improvement principles to our processes. We will actively
pursue improving quality through employee learning that enables each
employee to do their job right the first time and every time. "
