STRATEGIES FOR INFLUENCING OTHERS (4 hours)
Welcome to the new age of influence, where effective leaders don't, or can't, throw their weight around to make things happen...even with their direct reports. You'll learn influencing strategies and how to package ideas to gain the commitment of even the most skeptical coworkers and partners. Get your good ideas heard, accepted, and enacted.
COACHING FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE (4 hours)
Builds the skills leaders need to help people with performance or work habit problems. Equips leaders to help people develop improvement plans, conduct effective improvement discussions, and handle the challenges they may encounter in improvement discussions.
BUILDING AND SUSTAINING TRUST (4 hours)
Trust is a key ingredient of employee engagement and loyalty, yet it's easy for leaders to inadvertently fall into trust traps. This course builds awareness of these traps and strategies, helping leaders create an environment in which people take risks, identify and solve problems, and work together.
SETTING GOALS AND REVIEWING RESULTS (4 hours)
Helps leaders drive performance and accountability by helping people understand what is expected of them, motivating them to perform well because they see how their efforts make a difference, and gaining their commitment to achieving it.
EFFECTIVE EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES (4 hours)
This program is critical for management and supervisory employees responsible for assuring compliance with company policies and fair employment practices.
TIME MANAGEMENT (4 hours)
Setting priorities and managing time are basic to enhancing individual and organizational performance. The pressure to find innovative ways to achieve goals, stay ahead of the competition, respond quickly to customer needs, and enjoy life outside of work is increasingly intense in today's less structured, information-driven workplace. The Time Mastery Profile helps people assess their time-management effectiveness and create a personal plan for improving their skills in key areas.
